Cancellations and Refunds
We don't provide full refunds. If more than 30 days are remaining to retreat start date and you want a deposit refunded, we'll provide full refund. If 30 or less than 30 days are remaining, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to offer you a refund.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items services may be refunded, unfortunately sale services cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
