April 2026: Goa Magic with Sneha Desu

Set against the sun-soaked coastline of South Goa, Goa Magic invited participants to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with themselves through the body, the breath, and the present moment.

Guided by Dr. Sneha Desu, each day unfolded with conscious movement and deep inner work, fostering strength, clarity and a renewed sense of ease. Through daily training sessions, sound healing, guided meditation and honest group conversations, participants found space to restore balance and deepen their connection to self.

The retreat was held at Cabo Serai, a sanctuary perched above the Arabian Sea, where barefoot luxury and natural beauty created the perfect conditions for rest, reflection and genuine community.

Participants arrived as they were. They left feeling lighter, clearer and quietly renewed.
