Thank you for considering a retreat with Kyo Spaces. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all retreats curated, hosted, or facilitated by Kyo Spaces, in India or internationally.
Bookings & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
The balance payment must be completed by the date specified in your confirmation email.
Payment methods include bank transfer, payment link, or credit/debit card. A 3% processing fee may apply to card transactions.
Prices are listed per person unless explicitly stated otherwise. Inclusions vary by retreat and will be detailed at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds on the remaining balance may be considered if cancellations are made well in advance, subject to the policy shared at booking.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made close to the retreat start date or in cases of no-shows.
If payment is not completed by the due date and no communication is received, your booking may be canceled and your space forfeited.
In certain cases, Kyo Spaces may approve a transfer to another individual or future retreat, at its sole discretion.
Health, Eligibility & Safety
All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
By joining a retreat, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in all scheduled activities.
You must disclose any injuries, illnesses, or health conditions in writing prior to attending.
Participation is at your own risk. Kyo Spaces accepts no liability for health-related issues arising before, during, or after the retreat.
Travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
Dietary Requirements
Meals provided are typically vegetarian or plant-based, made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us in advance by emailing meghna@kyospaces.com.
While we do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
If your dietary needs cannot be safely met, we may decline or cancel your booking with a full refund issued.
Liability & Property Damage
Kyo Spaces is not liable for any personal injury, illness, theft, loss, or damage during the retreat.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings and for any property damage they may cause during their stay.
Any costs incurred for repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the guest.
Guest Conduct
Kyo Spaces retreats are designed to foster respect, inclusivity, and community.
Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward facilitators, staff, or fellow participants may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if we feel that the retreat is not a suitable fit for the guest. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Travel & Logistics
Travel to and from the retreat venue is the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise specified.
Kyo Spaces is not responsible for missed flights, delays, or costs resulting from travel disruptions.
Participants are strongly encouraged to book refundable tickets and obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
Retreat Changes & Cancellations
Kyo Spaces reserves the right to make modifications to retreat schedules, facilitators, or inclusions when necessary.
In the unlikely event that we cancel a retreat, all payments will be refunded in full.
However, Kyo Spaces is not liable for any costs incurred in preparation, including travel, visa fees, or accommodation before or after the retreat.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
