Refund Policy

Kyo Spaces creates and curates thoughtfully designed retreat experiences. Due to the nature of our events, we have specific refund terms outlined below.

Deposit Policy

  • All deposits paid to secure your place on a retreat are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.

  • The deposit amount and payment deadlines will be shared at the time of booking.

Balance Payments

  • Full retreat payments are typically due several weeks before the retreat start date.

  • If cancellation occurs after the payment deadline, no refund will be issued.

  • In select cases, we may allow your balance to be transferred to a future retreat or another participant, at our discretion.

In Case of Cancellation by Kyo Spaces

  • If we cancel a retreat for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

  • However, we are not liable for any other costs incurred by you (e.g., flights, visa fees, hotel bookings).

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against last-minute illness, travel delays, natural events, or personal emergencies.
