Refund Policy
Kyo Spaces creates and curates thoughtfully designed retreat experiences. Due to the nature of our events, we have specific refund terms outlined below.
Deposit Policy
All deposits paid to secure your place on a retreat are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.
The deposit amount and payment deadlines will be shared at the time of booking.
Balance Payments
Full retreat payments are typically due several weeks before the retreat start date.
If cancellation occurs after the payment deadline, no refund will be issued.
In select cases, we may allow your balance to be transferred to a future retreat or another participant, at our discretion.
In Case of Cancellation by Kyo Spaces
If we cancel a retreat for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
However, we are not liable for any other costs incurred by you (e.g., flights, visa fees, hotel bookings).
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against last-minute illness, travel delays, natural events, or personal emergencies.
