Yoga with Lilya (suitable for beginners)

We will focus our attention on the breath, alignment and overall relaxation. The aim here, is to not only strengthen the body but also, become more flexible in body and mind. All you'll need for these classes is a yoga mat, and a willingness to learn. We will start off with simple postures to get a sense of our capabilities. We'll take the time at the end of each class to breathe and meditate. I will accompany, guide and correct your postures from a distance. I'm used to teaching online, please do not worry! All you need to do is ensure you respect your body and physical limits.
